I am a registered biodynamic craniosacral therapist and an approved teacher with the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America. I specialize in listening to the subtle rhythms of the nervous system which support the flow of fluids through tissues and bones, honoring the body’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal. This gentle and non-invasive approach facilitates the body to naturally release tension, reduce pain, and restore optimal function and balance.

Brittany welcomes you into the treatment space. She has over six years of clinical experience and also has worked in remote lodge settings. She completed her training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy on Vancouver Island and practiced in the Comox Valley for five years before relocating to the Kootenays. Raised near Nelson, Brittany grew up with a deep appreciation for nature and a slower, more intentional pace of life. Prior to her career in massage therapy, she spent a decade tree planting across British Columbia—an experience that shaped her strong connection to movement, resilience, and physical well-being. Brittany’s treatment approach focuses on supporting nervous system regulation and restoring balance within the body. She integrates a variety of techniques including deep tissue, broad pressure, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and both passive and active stretching. She also incorporates breathwork and mindful movement-based strategies to enhance treatment outcomes. Her clinical experience includes athletic rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction, geriatric and pediatric care, as well as supporting clients navigating stress, depression, and other mental health concerns. Brittany is committed to creating a safe, comfortable environment where clients can fully relax and feel supported in their care.
